Secure Your Structures with Precision!
We specialize in manufacturing high-quality Polymer Cam-operated Locks designed to securely fasten PUF sandwich panels used for various applications like modular structures, cold rooms, cold storages, telecom shelters, high-altitude shelters, pre-fabricated structures and other industrial applications.
Our Product
Thermal Insulation
The plastic camlock minimizes heat loss due to the non-conductive polymer housing, providing superior thermal insulation compared to metal alternatives. Ice formation around metal fasteners is a serious problem in panels. This problem is minimised by using our plastic camlock.
Enhanced Bonding Strength
The P.U. Foam adhesion to the H.I.P.S housing is better than metal and further improved due to a large contact area and anchoring ribs, ensuring stronger bonding to PU than with metal fasteners.
High Tensile Strength
The glass fiber reinforced nylon hook is tested to withstand over 250 kg of tensile force. Elongation of plastic accommodates small misalignments during assembly.
